Challenges facing Community Colleges to compete in non-credit programs.

This excellent white paper discusses the widening gap between Community Colleges focus on credit education and the local community's demand for non-credit education. It also explores why private adult career schools own this market segment and what changes need to be made at the local community college to change this trend.
